Good Morning, everyone! We hope you have had a wonderful weekend and that you have been out enjoying the increasingly warm weather. We know we have. Another thing we know is that we are happy to be back in the office, hard at work as the Phifer & Co. Team.
Here at Phifer we strongly value the importance of a team. We don’t succeed as a whole unless every member plays their part and lives up to their potential. Since we aren’t about numbers, we are about our people: one person’s success is the team’s success. This non-competitive environment allows for us to bring out the best in one another so that we can better assist our clients and candidates. We bring to both parties the same unconditional care we bring to each other.
We are also a team at Phifer because we each have our own strengths we bring to the table, and our CEO Brian seeks to bring out the best qualities we each have. While we shine individually, we are helping to create something much bigger: a dynamite team made up of a plethora of talents and unique abilities. We learn from each other every day and in doing so become even stronger as a working unit.
Our message for the day is to play your part and help to teach others around you. Bring to the table the great qualities you have that set you apart and at the same time assist in creating something much larger than yourself.
We will continue working as a strong team so that we can better assist our clients and candidates, as that is our mission.
